NY SWA was processing October 2001 when the whole BPC (BEC/BRC) thing started. I spoke to SWA staff back then and they said they had made it to mid-OCtober or so (not a hard date). I have downloaded the databases with Regional cases. and there are cases from after that date (but not mine, I actually called this morning to verify). So the the October date is not a solid date.

Your case could be from August and have very well been shipped to BPC. Did you look in the flcdatacenter database to see if your case is there? IF you would like send me a PM with your PD and attorney's name I will look it up for you to see if it's there. Employer name would also be helpful but if you don't want to share I can probably find it (or not) without it.

I checked the database but my case is not there.
Do you know when BEC is supposed to finish sending out 45-day letters for New York? My employer emailed BEC but they declined to say anything exept that they are in transitional state and ask to contact later.

hi Michael, I got an emil reply from BEC with the case number T-05007-12xxx
But I heard that some of you got the 45 day's letter.pl respond.

Few people mentioned that they checked the database(?)
How is that possible

and how to check the database?
Is there any link.

My case transfered from Atlanta to Philadelphia BPC

To be frank...Iam very excited seeing this forum.I came to know about this through a friend of mine.

I don't. BTW, I haven't received my 45-day letter either. I would send the standard e-mail to status@dal.dflc.us

Be patient it may be a few weeks before you get response.

For other groups of 45-day letters, i.e. Regional DOLs, for any single DOL, letters have spread over periods of about 4 months. No DOL has as many cases as NY SWA so I would give 3 more months before starting to freak out.

I thought that once the cases got transferred to Phily or Dallas, they would treat all LC by PD. How come some LCs with a 2004 PD have already received their 45-day letter when some with 2002 or 2003 haven't ?

Any thought on that ?
