LUD means last update date

open up a account on USCIS.gov with your receipts numbers and the last date for that particular receipt is the LUD for that

I must be repeating what has perhaps been posted several times...however, can you post the number you used to do your Name Check clearance? What number did you dial and was it specific to the CSC service center or something?

either one works fine...just have them check the 485
 
So...one calls one of the above numbers, provides the WAC number (485) and they tell you if name check is cleared or not? Is it an automated number or one of manual nature where an operator or an officer answers the phone?
 
I-140 Approved!!!!!!!

Guys

I just checked - i had an email today morning stating that my I-140 has been approved!!!!! I can't believe it. There was no LUD until now. I just got the approval. LUD shows today's date.

The ND is end of august for my application. Just praying that our I-485's also get approved fast.

I forgot to add info on my case in the prev. post. Here they are:

RD/ND: 25th/30th Aug '04
FP: 25th Sept '04(Early FP)
485 LUD: 10/05/2004 (for FP results)
I-140: 03/28/2005
AP/EAD: 10/26/04
 
Received RFE

Hi,

My lawyer received the I-140 RFE.

It is for -
"The RFE is due to the new CSC policy that the employer must sign all forms (the attorney is no longer allowed to sign for the employer). "

Has anyone else got this kind of RFE ?

What is going on? The USCIS website shows the Oct 1 2004 as the date of 485 being processed. However, there are not many 485 approvals even for June/July/Aug applications.

Any thoughts?
 
Where did you see Oct 01 - I can see Sept 01 !!
