August Concurrent filed EB2 category California

485 approved.

Wanted to share with you all that our 485s have been approved. Just Got the emails from USCIS. Online status also shows that 485s have been approved.

It says 485 was approved on March 4, 2005.
My I-140 was approved on March 2, 2005.

No changes in LUD

Hi,

There has been no changes in the status of my I-140 or I-485 application.
Mine is a semi-concurrent case and the EAD/AP has been approved.

Waiting and praying hard.

RFE sent

Hi,

After all my complaining that there has been no movement on my I-140 and 485 applications, today I got an RFE.

Will keep the forum posted about what the RFE contains.

It is for I-140.

But the LUDs have changed for my I-485 also. Dont know what that indicates.
Probably, this is the first time they are touching my applications after they loaded it into the system.

I dont know the contents of the RFE. Will keep the forum informed.

There was a LUD on I-140 today (3/21/05)

I am not sure whether it was MS or BS+5 years.
I have a Masters from India.

But I do know that it is in EB2 category. That's what my attorney told me.

Does it matter ?
I am doubting that my RFE might be related to educational evaluation.

Wow the date on the report on USCIS site is now Sept 01, 04 for 140 and 485.. What does this mean?? Does it mean all June/July guys are approved and now it is our turn - the august guys?

gcsfo : - Did u had a LUD on your I-140 before you got RFE ? and when you had RFE on 140, did your 485 LUDs also updated.

Whats the RFE about if you have already received it. or update us when u get it.

Hi anjuvinu,

There were two LUDs on my I-140 after they issued the notice for I-140.
I-140 LUDs :
08/23/2004 ---> 11/15/2004(possibly due to I-148 I applied in early November 2004) ---> 03/16/2005(due to RFE).

Yes, the 485 LUDs also got updated, when they sent the RFE for I-140.
485 LUDs :
11/09/2004 --> 11/18/2004(FP notice) --> 11/25 /2004(FP received) --> 01/12/2005(might be due to EAD/AP approval) --> 03/16/2005(might be due to I-140 RFE)

Does this suggest some pattern to you ?

No, my lawyer has not yet updated me about the contents of the RFE. I will probably get to know by next week. I will surely update the forum when I do so.

gcsfo:- I was just trying to see some pattern for RFE.eg How many LUDs before they issue a RFE. I had LUD on my I140 on 3/21/05 and nothing after. So a little worried.
