Atlanta Regional DOL Tracker

To alohaholla

Hey bro, I tried as u advised. this is what i learnt. Option 2 asks for you employers tax id, not the telephone number. And so I went ahead and tried that ID in all different possible formats, tried the phone number as well.....but all the time there was the following lame message...

She: "Tax ID cannot be found."
He:"Please enter your empluer's tax ID."

You should press 1 and then press 2 :D

They are right!

Yeah we've been here waiting for over 2 1/2 years to hear those golden words :p
Processing times for Labor Certifications are a combination of State Processing Times (SESA) and DOL Regional Processing Times.

1. State Level: The labor certification is first filed with the SESA (State Employment Security Agency) that has jurisdiction over the place of employment.

2. Federal Level: Once the SESA approves the Labor Certification, it transmits all the documents to the appropriate DOL (Department of Labor) Regional Office for the final approval of the Labor Certification Application.

Dude ... they take a long time to update the AVM. My case just got into the system under received status after waiting out since April !!! So it takes that long to get the case number too .. !!
So don't be too worried if you do not see your case mentioned at all.

On which date your case was forward to ATL DOL? My case on 27 April and still not in the AVM.

Hi, Menonsatishb,

When you knew your case number from AVM? My case was forwarded to AL DOL on June 14, 2004. so far, I do not get case number from AVM.
Thanks a lot!
