One good sign about TSC. I have been noticing lately that atleast for I-485, it has been moving much faster compared to other Service centers. Hopefully, by the time, we reach that stage, TSC will be at Par with other centers.

Doesnt matter. let I-140 take its own time... least it will be approved before 485 is approved... unless you want to use AC21 to switch employers.

In my case I just want a labor approval ASAP as I am nearing my 6th yr completion and dont want to hear a horror story of labor being denied.

Word "atleast" is the key word in my posting. we know that I-140 is slow but in the sinking Boat, you can't complain about everything.

Something sailing is better than nothing. lol...

I already checked mine today morning, coz that is most important work for me every morning, but idiots sitting at DOL don't understand that. I donno why they hate Florida.....

Not on Florida. Seems liks they hate all 7 other states too. Every one in this forum is waiting for your LC approval. All our wishes to you to get your LC approved soon.

There is no such descriptive link that talks about faster processing times at TSC.

But, if you look at the processing times,

As of 12/19 TSC is processing April 01, 2001 cases
& as of 11/30 TSC was processing Feb 01, 2001 cases.

None of the other Service centers moved that fast in last few weeks. Hope this clears your doubt.

Guys finallly mine got approved

ATL DOL on NOV 7th 2002
Certified on DEC 15th 2003 ....

Thanks for the great help to all, I was confident and determined because of the advice and engouragement in this forum despite the the frustarting 26 months for Labour to get approved.

I am not going for CP .. because of the fact I 140 takes much longer also i can advantage of work permit for my wife ...

well there is another wait for I140 & I 485 ... i will be logging as
arsraj87 in that forum also ... see you all there and good luck

I believe RFE is on how the Job was advertised and to see
How many ppl applied for my Job ... I don’t know how my company responded ... they keep all these inof within the management .

My application was received by Atlanta DOL from regional office on 6th Feb, 2003.

History :
Labor was applied on May 14 2001.
Forwarded to Atlanta DOL on Feb 6 2003.
This means it already took 2 years 7 months.
Not sure how many months to go to get it approved (may be 3 to 4 months).

Finally I see a FL case approval, its really good news. Looking forward to hear approval news on my case.
Can you explain why you are not going for 140/485 CP? I was thinking CP is much faster than individual filing.
