Do you have case numbers: 05/23/2003 Certified on Aug 26 cases.

my DOL date : 05/16/2003 GA: 030.162-014
still same old crap "Recieved in Regional Office................." :(

hi chags

Did they pass by your case number ?

The status list shows your receipt date as 04/23/2003 and I am trying to see if ATL DOL is really processing the cases in case number order.

Thanks

Gc_us_02,

My SESA cleared date is 04/14/03 and attorney got a letter says that my case is forwarded to DOL on 04/23/03. But when i check in AVM, it is saying 'the received date is 05/30/03'. So it took almost 46 days from state to DOL.

After 04402500 case number, still there are some Apirl 03 cases.

I am still in queue....counting all the lucky guys a-head of me.

hey

I don't think they are processing by case numbers nor date, its all chaos.

I came across a case 04402575 recieved on May23, 2003 certified.
my case no : 044036** DOL: 05/16/2003 GA 030.162.014. Still same old message "Recieved in Regional Office ................." :(

hi labour_sucks

If DOL is processing by case number order, your case number 044036** will come later than 044025** which is certified. But if DOL is processing by date order then your case number should have been taken up by now.

Noticed two more approvals in 044026** range, one received on 04/28/03 and the other on 05/23/03.

Seems like DOL is processing in case number order but I am puzzled as to why they skipped over few case numbers in between 044025** and 044026**.

thank you

USALABOR AND mvnm00
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR QUICK GUIDANCE.
FILE DATE APRIL 8TH 2003
STATE CLEARED -AUG 4TH 2004
MOVED TO ATLANTA DOL -7TH AUG 2004

THIS DOL GUYS ARE KILLING ALL OF US, JUST WAIT WAIT WAIT ..............

May be the person who is working on that particular case taking time.

Today certifications, I figure it out there are 3 more certifications and one NOF. Currently, exact data is not handy. Today evening i will update with exact data like which state and DOL date.

1) DOL: 030.162.010 Certified on Aug 27 2004
2) 044022** DOL: GA 030.162.014 Certified on Aug 27 2004
3) 044022** DOL: NC 030.162.014 NOF on Aug 27 2004

4) 044025** DOL: 05/23/2003 GA 030.162.010 Certified on Aug 31 2004

As i said earlier, they need to work 7 more cases in the range of 04402001- 04402500. So yesterday we got 1 clear and today three more.
So, 3 more cases left and need to work in the range of 04402001- 04402500.

3 more cases yet need to work in the range of 04401001- 04401999.

For the past 10days i am keep on checking cases in the range from 04401001 to 04402800 with 030.162.010/014. I hope each person in DOL is taking some group of cases in the above range and working. I am able to get the details only according to case numbers in AVM. Exception to this, they did some cases in the month of May 03 to till date. But these are very less.

I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY SOME PEOPLE ARE SAYING THIS AS CHOS.

Chags :)

Labour_sucks,

If u want to get some idea about processing on case number order, just do as follows

1) Get all the cases from flcdatacenter.com with 030-162.014 & 030-162.010 from 04402500 to 044036** .
2) Go to AVM and check all the cases (cases you filtered from step1) which were approved( dont worry about who got approved. Definitly u will see some surprises).
3) Every day try to access AVM only case numbers which are not approved.

Yes its hard. First day it might take some time but later it will be easy. Definitly u will understand whats going on, after a week.

10days back, I am as desperate as u and got some understanding about the process only after I did the above steps.

Best of luck...

NOF details: job requirement was BS and 2 years experinece or masters degree. In the ETA form my attorney didn't mention about Masters degree. they wanted us to include Masters degree in the form. They certified next day after we sent the form with changes.

In the same page you have an option to download all the cases of 32mb file.
The line says as follows...

"If you have a fast internet connection you can download the entire Permanent Certification database in a 32 meg. zip file by clicking here".

click on 'here', it will display a window. Then click save, which saves all the casenumbers in to your system.

do not have an option to filter by case number but can filter by DOT code.

and export data to MS Access (or any other database ) and write/design queries...

Urgent Help!!!

My labour is struck at California(remanded back to state from RIR), PD 08/2001.
I have an offer from a company which is willing to start GC for me from either
massachusetts OR north carolina(they have offices in both places).
My h1(6 years) is expiring this yearend and my current employer has already
filed for 7th year h1 extension.
Guys i need your advice,
Should i stay with the current employer?
Should i start the labour with the new employer(he says it is ok if i join after
the labour is approved)?
What are the chances of my current labour(in CA) getting approved before
the new one gets approved?

If i were, i would start another labor with new employer becos he his ok to join after labor approval, meantime if iam close with california labor i would stick with that...
it all depends on any other commitment you have with your new employer...like how reliable he his...are you paying your own money for doing your labor...etc.

Good luck. :)
