Can someone tell me what is the phone number for Florida labor offices for inquiry? I have applied at FL Dept of Labor in 3rd week of January, 04, and still haven't received anything from them whether my case has been forwarded to GA or not.

Thanks.

Is the following scenario possible?

hello,

Atlanta gurus, could you please advice if the following scenario is possible to happen?

Receive a letter from State SESA saying that the case has been transferred to Atlanta regional -------------------- this letter is dated say day A

Checked the AVM of Atlanta regoinal and found out the case reached at regional office at day B

Date B is significantly earlier than date A (longer than 2 months).

Did the above scenario ever happen? Thanks a lot.

Congratulations mhsoor, and wish you good luck for your I140/485.

Congratulations mhsoor and wish you best of luck for your I140/485. If you don't mind, Could you please let us know

What is the reason for your case Remanded to Employer?

What is your employer reply to this request?

It will be very much appreciated and your information will be useful to all of us.

I think we need to keep track of all RFE & NOF information and replies, so that it will be help full to all of us.

atl0624,

My employer had ran 3 ads for the recruitment, one in magazine, one on internet and one on company's notice board. The attorney submitted just one ad (from magazine) as then only one ad was required for the RIR process.

ATL DOL in the remand to the employer asked for copies of the other ads as well and my employer/attorney provided the required information. That is it. Once ATL DOL received and accepted the response, the case was certified within one week.

Hope this helps.
