to refresh ur memories... i m in the middle of the perm process eb2.. and my lawyer now says that for my case eb2 is not possible and wants to go with eb3 now.. so restart again .. with the priority dates in such a mess i dont want to do that.. he says in the IT field nobody is approved in eb2.. :(

i just want to bring forward as many cases and details i get for those cases for eb2 in IT field.. Please helo :confused:

Level 2 Wage: $66,934 year

Minimum requirements : MS + 12 months Professional exp.

But I couldn't find the question you are asking in my PERM application.

thanks for all ur responses.. it certainly puts things under better perspective .. i will try and convince him for eb2 and see how things shape up.. gusy whats the deal with u all.. r u from 1 of the retrogessed countries.. ?
Its a big big problem with PDs going so far back....any of u guys know if one could change jobs with approved I-140 w/o I-485 even filed .. and still carry the approved I-140 forward.. i know we can carry the PD of the original labor forward...

Which region AtL or chicago ?

120 days -still in process

Hi

My case was filed in Atlanta on 6/6/05. Now it has passed 120 dyas but the case is still in Process. No communication with DOL so for. No mails/emails received.
My Lawyer even wrote to DOL but no response.

Any on in same boat. Any ideas - What else cann be done yo get some response from dol?

File one more case...sometimes interruptions can get their attention. Can anyone predict how many applications are pending in PERM now?

@$#%^#&*U like to build backlogs!!! They are infatuated with them. Why don't they clear some cases instead of focussing on ball games and @#^&*(^#$$

My Perm case was filed yesterday afternoon. Until now my emplyer did not receive the automated email response. Did this happen to anyone ? Please help.

why not

DOL has taken back their words on multiple fillings. File another case with a different designation. For that I believe you would have to go through the whole PERM adv etc...again....

My case was filed on Oct 7th, no e-mail from DOL yet. Status shows in process, category EB-3, Statistical Marketing Analyst. I am worried about the lack of e-mail

Is there any logical flow between Audit Review, Final Review or In Process
or its just random.

Has any one got audit as off ?

Now the wait begins...

Anyone notice that PERM approvals seem to have tapered off.

Dear Andy,
COngratulations...Were you able to file before Oct 1st for I140 and 485?
Mine too files on September 19th 2005 and is under "in process" till now. Mine was a re-file case ( ORG files in 2004 Dec 22) and I have marked the old case number in the PERm application for. Wondering whether I need to withraw the PERM and uncheck the re-file case option if the refile is going to take a long time. Can you through some light / advice?
