Looks like "All questions were acceptable and the case will continue processing" is the standard message from DOL.

Did your employer get mail stating that "all answers were satisfactory" or "All questions were acceptable"? Did you see the actual mail?

Here are my details... with correction

Correction... i filed my perm on 27th june not on 6th june. No i did not contacted anyone and have no idea wheather my case went for audit or not..My lawyer called yesterday and told me that my labor got certified.I asked my lawyer few days back abt my case that time he told me my case is pending.That all wht i know abt my case.

Went into In process
Sponsorship e mail responded same time-All question accepted
Current status:In Process

Is that safe to assume that case has been atleast clear from decision matrix audit review and just a possibility of human audit left?

Actually I don't know the exact date of filing but mostly was mostly after Aug 20, Title Systems Analyst. I had no updates abt status from employer.

My lawyer has just called to let me know the good news! Here is the details:

Applied on: 6/22
PERM Center: Atlanta
Category: EB-3
Job: Software Engineer, System Software
Requirement: BS + 1 year experience
Status: Sponsorship -> Final Review -> In Process -> Certified (09/09/05)

now let's share the experience of hard copy approval: how long does it take to receive the hard copy.
It seems it takes less than a week from Atlanta.

It takes max. 4 bussiness days. U will receive it soon.

perm filed yesterday 09/21/2005

Hi guys;
My lawyer filed the perm application on 09/20/05.
After 30 minutes my employer received an e-mail with the lollowing questions:
1.Are you, or do you work for, the employer referenced above?
2.Are you aware that an Application for Permanent Employment Certification was filed on your behalf?
3.Do you have an opening for a (job title) in (location)?
4.Are you sponsoring (worker's name) for this position?

After sending the answers to the questionnaire the Labor Dept replied with the following e-mail:

To : XXXX XXXXXXX
XXXXX Main ST

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Re: Case Number: A-XXXXXXXXXXX/ Received: 09/20/2005

Thank you for completing the online sponsorship verification questionnaire. All questions were acceptable and the case will continue processing. Expect to receive formal notification via letter concerning a decision at a later date.

Now the waiting starts. :) :)

Labor got approved

My labor got approved on 09/13/05

Here are my case detials:

Filed on 08/16/05
Category EB-2 (Software Engineer)

I will be filing my I-140 and I-485 before 09/30/05.

How long will it take to get hard copy from Atlanta ceter?
Please post me if any one got hard copy lately.
 
My Attorney has received the hard copy and Employer got the courtesy letter.

EB2 (Masters +5 Years)

PERM applied: August 30,2005
Certified Date : Sept 21,2005
Received Date : Sept 23,2005

Atlanta processing center
Employer and Attorney are also in Atlanta Metro.

My lawyer sent me an email today to inform me that he received the hard copy of the labor certificate.

Applied on: 7/18/05
Position: Radiation Safety Sp.
Employer size: 4500+
Requirement: BSc +2yrs (EB3 case)
Center: Atlanta

My lawyer sent an email on 9/18/2005 after the 60 days period to Atlanta Center and today he told me that he received the hard copy in the mail.
