April/May/June, 03 concurrent (140/485) filers - READ ONLY

GC-candidate, my notice date is 4/7/03 and we (me and my wife) had our fingerprinting on 5/22/03. I know that many cases filed after june,03 did not get their FP notice yet.

My ND is 5/9/03. No FP notice. I guess after april 03, no one received FP notices as the FP will expire by the time the cases are touched.
 
FP for Post April 10th ND

There were no FPs issued for cases with ND beyond first week of April 2003. I guess who got them already done may stand a better chance for I485 approval by around July/August 2004.


I hope atleast we get the notices within next 3 to weeks (before March 1st), so that we will be in line by July/August 2004.
 
Recieved FP notice on 01/28/04

I recieved finger print appointment notice on 01/28/04 for feb third week.

My I140 and EAD was appoved on July 21 2003

AP was approved on July 22 2003

ND:Apr 22 2003
RFE answered: July 15 2003

This might be the first posting on FP receipt news after long time.

It has been very long time. Hope the process starts moving with FPs....

Did the online get updated, or do we need to hear from attorney?

Also it depends on the agency which is doing FP. CA is ahead of NJ.

My ND for 140 is 6/30 and after 200 days i was layed off with 140 still pending. I know iam going to wait out until my 140 gets approved as the company has provided guidance that they would not with draw the application. Is there any other alternative ways to solve this ?

What a pathetic world, cant believe i have to choose my life based on INS.

April 2003 filer: When can I expect my approval?

My ND is: 04/07/2003 (concurrent filer). When can I expect my approval, going by the current trend?
