Is there any one for whom it (the time) has already been more than what is stated as the maximum processing time in their receipt notice ?
(For example if your notice said 60-X days ... has it already been more than that X days since you submitted your I-140) ?

Please reply with some information - that will help us all.

For my case, the receipt notice said
it takes 90-120 days. It has been only 70 days or so, so far since that.
 
I dont EAC# my lawyer told me it will take 3 months min and max 5 months , it has been more than 3 months . they will inform me if something they here. I already sent all the documents including tax statements . My lawyer told me she also want sent these forms to avoid any denails . I am just waiting waiting


Hey guys one questions , since the EB3 is current if our i-140 is approved can we straight away file the 485 ?

Any new Info/approvals

Hey some companies like mine ask us to wait for I140 approval before filing 485..


So just let us find were we are at present and post any relevant info about our cases. Any checked AVM, if so what the message..andy new approvals, please post. Do anyone have any idea why its taking this long for 140 approval?

That is too bad...

I talked to my lawyer and she asked me to get ready to file I485. Find out why they want you to wait for I140? Tell them that it would be cheaper to file I485 while you wait for I140. Goodluck
 
Aug/1: Same 90-180 days message on AVM.

No one knows why INS has stopped working (or at least it looks like that).

Just hold onto your hopes.
