Folks,

Today is my turn , I got those magic approval emails from USCIS for both of us . Thank you every one for your support. Hopefully everyone gets their approvals soon..
Will update the next steps ....

Anyone can do it if you have Excel installed. You just need to grab the lastest spreadsheet and modify that. For adding a new entry, I usually just copy an existing row and modify that.

Family RFE after Primary GC approval

I reached office 10 minutes before and officer called me at 8.25am verified my GC approval curtesy copy, Driver Licence,Passport,EAD cards and insisted me for original I485 approval which was with attorney according to officer I should have been taken with me. The next 5 minutes he did some papaer work I signed and gave finger print for the GC card. My passport stamped with one year validity. I am out of office at 9.00 am with happy face.

On the same day i received the RFE email for my wife and daughter and waiting for the USPS mail to attorney. I will post the details ragrding this once i here from my attorney.

485 ND ---------------> April 22nd 2003 EB3
I-140 Approved -------> July 21st 2003 (week After RFE Answered)
FP1-------------------> Feb 11th 2004
EAD2 AD -------------> July 15th 2004
AP 2 AD--------------> July 15th 2004
I485 AD-------------> Sept 13th 2004
Stamping------------> Ocy 1st 2004

Today I receive the details of RFE for family:

1. TB Shot or X-ray medical test for child, which doctor might have forgot to check in the medical form

2. Passport,VISA and I-94 ligible copy for my other half.

I will update the status after I submit these details to USCIS

That's really good to hear.

Didn't they ask u for FP2? How come ur FP is Mar 03 whereas RD/ND for 485 is Apr 03? Pl clarify.
 
It is March 2004, fixed the typo already.

RFE answered on 18th, wait and see.

after my GC stamping LUD changed
 
Official date is June 1, 2003

What are the plans .....? atleast now we can initiate an inquiry. Please let us know your experience with it. I will try to do it tomorrow.
 
Hi All:

I emailed FBI asking for the status on Name check. let us see whats going to happen.

My BC does not have my last name spelled out. Does this mean a RFE for sure??... Let me know you experiences..

What can one do to initiate an inquiry? My ND is Apr 1, 2003 and I am interested in knowing what happened to my GC.
 
initated enquiry!

I called NSC 1-800 number and initiated a case status enquiry for myself and my son. I couldn't do it for my wife since the operator wanted to speak to her.

In 30 days time I will get a standard reply ....no resources to do security check...blah blah...atleast something is better than nothing.
 
Consolidated 2003 Tracker!!!

Guys,

Please read the announcement that is made by the Admin. There is a consolidated 2003 tracker for tracking the cases, please use that. A lot of time and effort has gone in to create and maintain them. Having all the info in one place in the excel gives us a alot of benefits with analysis etc. Most monthly trackers will be either closed or deleted. Here's a link to the consolidated tracker thread:
