I also responded to my medical RFE and mailed it on 8/3. No status change yet. Please post if there is a LUD change or status change. I will be closely monitoring your case

Finally got approval emails for me , spouse and kid . Looks like they just updated the DB , like some other ppl got the emails just now .thanks for all ppl who provided information when required and all those who shared there info. This is a such great site and i am not going away from this place even after approval. It is like a ritual to come here evryday read ppl's views , frustrations , fights , just like a big family. Special thanks to Mr Khanna for providing this site.

RFE self Birthcertificate + TB test ( doc missed) 5 June
Added AC21 with it , Letter from new employer joined in April 2003 with 8 paystubs + Non Availability from India + affidavits
RFE replied on 27thJuly , Received on 3rd Aug , approved on 5th August.

Marriage certificate + birth certificate ( provided hindi certificate with translation done from my coworker and noterrized ) approved 5 august.

LUD on primary applicant. No LUD on derivative. Have not received the letter yet. Both did FP same date.

According to the posts many have been waiting for a long time for approval after RFE.

If derivative no LUD's does that mean they have not looked at case or they will touch after Primary's information received.

Got RFE in June for Pay stubs, W2 for two years, employment verification letter, employers financials for three years etc.

Submitted RFE and RD is July 26th.

Still waiting for approval.

any idea how long it takes after RFE is received by the INS?

RFE for WAC03140, AOS

I got an RFE sometime last week for W2's and a biography form that was
not completely filled in. I sent the docs to my lawyer late last week, so
hopefully the RFE reply will be posted this week.

Only catch is that my fingerprinting was done on May 15th 2003, and
was received by INS on May 20th 2003. Depends on who you ask, that
means that my FP expires on the 15th of Aug or the 20th of Aug.

Does anyone know which date the 15 months to FP expiry are counted
from? Is that the FP date or the 'FP recieved' date?

Either way I'm gonna be cutting it pretty close so got my fingers crossed

Letter arrived: August 9

We included a certificate of company name change in the rfe response and the approval letter came in with the new company name (we used company address instead of home). Good luck to you all. Thanks.

I just checked the status, CIS received my RFE responses yesterday (08/09).

mango_pickle, yours should be updated tomorrow.
 
How many times of LUD changes before your approval and after RFE

Hi, friends,
After RFE received, LUD changed again this morning. Here is a list of LUD change dates:

5/28 <-- Unknown reason
7/5 <-- 2nd FP received
7/7 <-- Unknow reason, also updated I-140 approval online (it has been approved for more than 1 year, but the status was pending all the time)
7/21 <-- sent RFE (EVL, W-2, Pay stubs)
8/10 <-- RFE received
8/11 <-- Unknown reason
... :confused:

Does this indicate my case is with an officer or just routinely update data entries in computer? How many times of LUD before your approval after RFE? Thanks! :)
 
my LUD is also updated today after the yesterdays update for receiving the rfe response. no status change today, same as yesterday.
 
RFE Answered..

I received an RFE (Supplement to I-693) on 8/5. I sent it to CSC on 8/10. The case hasn't been updated yet.

So mango_pickle and ayy123; kindly keep me updated, I have the same RFE as you guys but just a week later. Any guess on when should the approval happen - I would estimate around 3-4 weeks!!
