apply for gc?

hai
v r in h4 and h1..now v r planning to apply for gc thru my husband's brother?
but v need to work in h1 only is it possible?
how many years it wil take to process gc and and in how many months v wil get EAD and AP?
while gc in pending can v go back to our native country?

I assume your husband's brother is a citizen? Your husband is looking at 12-15 years before his priority date becomes current. There is no way you both can stay for that duration just on your H-1B/4s.

which means that you will not be getting EADs for another12-15 years.

No. You will not get an EAD for at least 12-15 years. No GC for another few years after that. Long before the 12-15 years your H1 will be up and you will need to leave the US.

If you are on H1 then apply gc through H1 probably will be faster than through relatives.
