Fragomen filed eb2 and eb3 for i-140, i paid 2500$ and applied premium processing for EB-2, i got approval notice for EB3.
i mailed Fragomen about this, they said that, they applied the premium processing upgrade request to EB-2, they said they are looking into the matter and will circle back once they determine the reason for this discrepancy.
Feeling royally screwed, i really needed i-140 approved to be able to extend h1b beyond 6yrs.
praying that they don't cancel my approved i-140. i checked online too, no one has a case like me.
