Anybody left without 140 approval from Oct'03?

Yesterday my employer sent the fax to VSC. I'm not sure if that will have any impact on my case. So frustrated attorney DID NOT want to do anything except saying my case is fine. I asked if its possible to do inquiry through AILA, they say my case is not valid yet to do that kind of inquiry. i'll never ever understand these ppl
 
Hi Newmonkey,

you should have given Applicant Alien A# to Senator, so based no tht they can track ur case.
I think ur case is approved... can you please tell us when u made ur inquiry ?

Even I made inquiry 3 months back with congressman, thy told me to wait for 60 days.. but I haven't got any reply....

Did you get any response from VSC after faxing an inquiry letter to them?
Today my employer got the response saying that "Your cases are currently being reviewed, you should receive notification from this office shortly".

I'm not sure whether they are really processing my case or its just a common response they give to everyone when u send a fax to VSC.

I saw some posts saying even making inquiries may cause either RFE's or transferring to local offices. so i'm little tensed on what will happen

I don't know if my atternoy got any response after sending the fax. My friend gave me that fax number, it is best way to do an inquriy based on my friend's experience. It took about 20 days to get the I-485 approved after the fax was sent. Another thing you may try is to contact the senator's office. I've done this before, never got any reponse from them. But a few days back, I got a message from the senator's office that my I-485 was approved. I only asked them to check my I-140 status, didn't even give my I-485 case number. I don't know how they knew about my I-485 approval. Probably they did do something to help speeding the process. Don't be frustrated, keep your hope up! You may be the next lucky guy. My atternoy kept doing the inquiry every 30 days. The most recent one was made at the beginning of November.

What happened to ur 140? Was it approved after the 485 approval? I saw change in LUD for my 140 and i'm not sure what it is. still there is no change in my 485 though.

Did you see any LUD change for 140 before your 140 approval? If so, how many days it took for 140 approval after LUD change.
 
No updates at all. Called lawyer, but nothing can be done but wait. Just renew the AP and EAD days ago. Not sure whether that will trigger I-140 approval or not.

Looks like you are NOT visiting this forum anymore after ur approval. :) How many days it took to get the 140 approval after LUD changes to ur 140? How many times ur LUD changed for 140 before the approval?

I am still waiting Since NOV 2003

I am waiting for 140 EB3 VSC. Mine was filed on Last week of NOV 2003.

Anybody is waiting ?

I am still there ..waiting ...ND Oct 1st 2003...RFE on 140 (eduacation evalution) replied..rfe response receveid 24th Nov....Dec1st LUD changed for 140...no news since then,...FP finished in oct 2004
 
ur case is different

Your case is different because you have 140 and 485. and you have received FP. but mine have only 140 Pending and I did not get any RFE or any LUD changed till now

I got the RFE on Dec.16th, we have not replied yet. They have asked for everything in RFE (ability to pay, my tax returns and W2's, education)

I had sent my W2's and tax returns already. My employer does not want to share his tax returns it seems.. they are not responding for the attorney's request. donno what to do..

Did you try talking to your employer? are u in good terms with them..There is no other way.you have to spped up and get those details..atleast an CA audited financial statement along with a letter from your CFO or something..

RFE on my I-140

Got an e-mail from USCIS asking for additional info....EB2...LUDs on 12/10 and 12/13...RFE on 01/03/05...

I got couple of questions:

1) Did they mention all the above documents in your RFE notice seperatly?

2) Did they mention any Adjudicator's number on the notice?

I would really appreciate your input...God needs to help us...

my employer gave the tax returns today. so hopefully by the end of this week, my attorney may send the reply to RFE

whats ur status on RFE? yOU got RFE on the same date i got, Dec'16th
