Anybody left without 140 approval from Oct'03?

I-140 RFE Replied Aug 2003
EAD Approved twice
AP Approved in July
RFE on I-485 replied in Nov 04....

I have no idea what is happening in my case.....

hi guys ..finally got the RFE ..its not about company abilty to pay but educational evalution...my requirement was Bachelor's degree and i have a master's degree ..so dunno why i got it...the field also is the same..
Anyway can anyone suggest where the evalution is reconized from..

i heard ppl talking about TrustForte evaluation in this forum. For me, my attorney got the evaluation from one of the NY university professor i guess.
 
Surprisingly, my I-485 was approved. Yet my I-140 is still pending. Just want to share with you guys. I'm not sure if it is for real or not. Should I be concerned about my I1-40?

Congrats, really happy to see some activity for Oct'03. I did my 1ST fp ON 9/25/04, so far no change to LUD/ online mesg. Enjoy, you should be fine, don't worry about 140. Go for PP stamping as early as possible.

I want to thank all of you for sharing your information at this great forum. My experience is never giving up hope. You may be the next to get such approval. Talk to your atterney, explain nicely why this is so important for you, remind him/her to do the status inquriy every 30 days (you better keep a record). I'll post the fax number here again: 802-527-4816. Try it anyway, it doesn't hurt to try.

I got my 140 approved after 15 months of long wait. It was a 3 year degree case and i didnt get any RFE.

congrats, hopefully u will see ur 485 approval too. BTW, MY FP LUD/status did not change even after 21/2 months/

Did you do any status inquiry? what do u think would have happened to get the 140 approval? I'm at a point ..

Today i asked my employer to send the fax to the no you mentioned in your earlier post. My attorney did not want to do anything, so i had ask my employer. I'm not sure how its going to impact my case. lets see
 
hi, Yesterday LUD on my 140 changed and the msg changed to received rfe response on Nov24and processing has continued.. and again the LUD changed today but no change in message...I hope it doesnt fizzile out again into a long silence

I think you will get an approval soon. I have been tracking RFEs on some case numbers by creating a portfolio and they are taking 10-14 days after RFE response received message updated on the website to approve.

Don't worry, i too in the same boat. Got 'ability to pay' rfe in sept'04, responded and received by USCIS on 11/4/2004, since then eagerly waiting. :confused:

Should be fine. The funny thing happened yesterday is that I got a message from the Senator's office, notifying my I485 is approved and asking me to go ahead with the passport stamping. I've contacted the Senator's office about my pending I-140 so many times, they never got back to me. And then all of sudden they told me my I-485 is apporved. I don't know how they know my I-485 case number as I only provided my I-140 case number. So now I am confused, I don't know if it is the fax my atterny sent or the Senator's office get my case approved. Anyway, just try all possible ways. Good luck.
