Is USCIS going crazy? On May 3, 2007 I got an email from CRIS saying that my 485 file got transferred to NSC and got an email THIS MORNING (May 9, 2007) another 2 emails saying that my 485 applications are pending at NSC.

This afternoon another 2 emails from CRIS saying that my 485 file again GOT TRANSFERRED TO Texas Service Center (WITH IN A DAY TWO TRANSFERS). You might be wondering how frustrating it is? see the following message I got this afternoon.

This afternoon I also received the transfer notice (hard copy) related to my 485 from VSC dated May 3, 2007 saying that they are transfering my file to NSC.

Oh - my - God! I guess the next would be VSC to close the second loop.

A CSC representative told me the reason for my case to be transferred back to CSC is because my fingerprint is done at with CSC. I guess she meant my second FP, code3. This seems to infer somehow they can't transfer biometrics. What is the code for your latest FP?

I have learned not to take their answer too seriously. For my recent enquiries, three times they said NC is cleared and two times they said it is not. The people at CSC I talked are all very nice and helpful. But the whole imigratrion system does need to be improved.

I had a LUD on 05/06/2007. I have a NOA for my 2 FP tomm, which I received almost 10 days back. Not sure if the LUD is related to it.

I guess people who has NC cleared WILL get LUD change. Can anybody confirm?

Based on my first FP experience, it should take about 10 business days to get another update to refelect your recent FP. Stay calm. Don't worry.

Just recvd CRIS email that RFE has been sent.
Please advise how many days till we get the RFE notice?
Do both the lawyer and applicant get a copy? or not?
After sending back RFE, how long till approval?

Is this because the FPs are sent to the FBI office first?
