My 1st FP was code 3 and 2nd FP's (just did today, but actually scheduled on 5/4/07) code 1. I am with EB3 holding a PD of march 1999 (have been waiting since Jan 2006 for approval) stuck on NC since 7/12/2005. 21 months gap between 1st and 2nd FPs. After 15 months FP usually expires. TSC sent 2nd FP after 6 months of expiring 1st FP. This is only single +ve factor for upcoming good news...Hoping that NC was cleared (not sure though).

Anything can happen..USCIS is quite eratic.

Guys my FP is code 1 on 10th at Newark at 1.00 pm. Is it possible for me to go early in the day ay 7.00 and stand in line, will they take me then? Anybody with experience?

Yes they will accept it. Because My 485's 2nd FP (code 1) is actually scheduled on 5/4/07 at 1 pm CST but I appeared yesterday to clear biometrics of 3rd EAD (code 2), requested them to accept 485's FP, it was cool, not a big deal for them.

So it won't be a problem for you since u are anyway planning on same day but early.

My case was transferred to on 3/9, they sent me FP2 code 1 notice on 4/19/07 schedule for 5/5/07, but I didn't receive it yet (May be because of address change) I got the copy from my lawyer. Today I got LUD and my message changed to "Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed."

The ASC that does the FP in Newark is at 24 commerce street. How far is it from the 970 Broad Street building (that's where I had gone for infopass in the past)?

My FP1 was at the Hackensack, NJ center, but this time it will at 24 commerce street, Newark.

When does the ASC in Newark open? I have my FP2 appointment on 05/10 at 9 am - I am also planning to go early.

Just curious - why did you have to appear for biometrics for EAD? I never had to appear for biometrics for any of my three EADs in the past.
