Any late 2004 EB1 - I140 approved?

TSC's EB1 (multinational) processing date has not moved from 25th June 04. Are there any later 2004 I-140 approved?
 
RD 07/21/04 approved on march 30th 05

hi Jag59, my EB1 (multinational) case was approved on March 30th 2005. FP was done on March 24 2005.

As of 03/31/05 TCS is processing 07/21/04 cases, according to aila website (www.aila.org).
 
just to clarify my case was not approved concurrently as my I-485, RD 07/21/04, is still pending. As FP was done on 03/24/05 I hope approval is coming soon.
 
My I-140/485(EB1) case filed on 1/13/2005, got early finger print and done on 3/26/05. I was just wondering, what was the reason for me to get early fingerprint.
 
Everone with concurrent 140/485 filing have been sent to early finger printing. This will hopefuly expedite 485 faster after 140 is approved.

Please keep the EB1 - Multinational thread going. With July end 04 I-140 cleared, October 04 approvals can happen in weeks now.

Have you got the finger print notice.
 
Yes I got the finger printing notice for 8th April. I went early & got it done on Saturday 2nd April.
 
good luck, its getting closer to Oct. Do you know, if for EB1 both I-140/485 are appproved at same time?
 
hi mmm2002,

As far as I know cases filed concurrently sould be approved together, however this is not what I have seen. My I-140 (EB1-ME) was filed on July 21st 04 approved on March 30th 05. Fingers Print were given on March 24th 05, but I-485 has not been approved yet.
 
Don't know why, but EB1-ME approvals are moving slower than other categories. Earlier it used to be the other way around.

mmm2002 with RD of 1/13/05 got the FP notice before mine (10/29/04 RD) ans you havn't got one despite I-140 approval!!!

Hope I can have some news soon.
 
Has any one got I-485 approved for EB1 category recently? How much is approximate time required for this category?
 
I had applied for Advance Parole on March 21st 05 and got it today.
mmm - on your question, I do not know of any recent cases but in case of old cases (with concurrent filing) the 485 approvals have come in couple of months after 140 approval.
