Any July RFE Cases approved..

Is it CIA Check???

I am seeing that some threads are talking about CIA checks. What the heck is that? Is it done before the RFE is sent. Are we in that list.. any one has any experience in this.
 
I saw couple of approvals, but they haven\'t had any RFE against them

I am waiting too, RFE received by VSC: 07/19, EB3, PD: 01/98, ND: 02/00. Talked to IIO last week, he gave me standard answer- wait for 30-60 days.
 
Case approved

Just checked the AVM, after posting the previous message. My case has been approved on Aug. 14th.

Checking AVM Every day always the same message........

I\'m lossing my patience. I waited 10 Months for my I-140 and waiting more than 14 months for I-485.

Good luck to all you guys who got approved after a RFE.
