I am crying tears of joy for you...
I am still awaiting my stuff to be approved and I have to admit, the regression in the priority dates makes me very very very nervous...
I am an EB-3 Professional and my PD is 3/29/2002...
I am praying very very hard for an approval of any kind since I might want to look for another job in the future.

Here is the Post of my happiest moment....! Yes, my I-140 got approved y'day and got the Magic emails today....! So I am half way thru....!
Pl. see my signature for the details. Do I still need to apply for 8th year H1 extension ? My current H1 is valid till 03/29/05.

RFE for Educational evaluation
My lawyer didn't send any educational evaluation when she filed my 140. Now She got the educational evaluation report but didn't reply to RFE yet, gone for vacation for one week. My RFE was like this,
Since beneficiary holds a foreign degree detemined to be equivalent to a baccalaureate degree in the necessary subject area. Please submit an evaluation of the beneficiary's academic credentials from a credentials evaluation service qualified to evaluate foreign academic programs to detemine their equivalency to programs in the United States which bases its evaluation on both of the beneficiary's degrees and transcripts.

My I-140 approved
My I-140 got approved on March 15th, 2005.
My Priority date is Apr 18, 2002. Since the new dates for visa retrogation is Apr 2002, does it mean, USCIS will pick up my I-485 case, or I need to wait.
