Any 2003 I-140 left?

Still 12 of us!!!
I wish I would see us disapear faster than we have been...
I don't know for you but I am tired of waiting.
The Congressman's office told me that USCIS have my name check done and completed so my file is only sitting somewhere...
And now, my lawyer is in touch with the AILA liaison... as I can see, I am the oldest pending I-140 case down there...
Anyway, I think all 2003 should be approved... It freaks me out to see so many 2004 getting their approval when we have a treat of retrogression that could affect a whole bunch of us.
Oh well!

I received the following message after submitting a response to RFE and there is two LUD on following days like 03/10 and 03/11. But So far no response.
Do I need to wait for another 450 days.
On March 9, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

My status message changed exactly as yours after submitting RFE. There are 3 LUD changes following that. No updates after that.
