Any 2003 I-140 left?

This morning, my LUD changed... For the first time since January... Even with my fingerprints in March, the LUD and online message hadn't changes...
Well, needless to say that for a minute there, I couldn't breath...
Then I realized that I didn't receive any e-mails... Oh well.
At least, they are working on it.

In the meantime, here is the new status of our 2003 I-140s:

Okay, I am posting again today because I heard that my case was adjudicated yesterday... Both my I-140 and I-485... The problem is that I don't know if I got approve or not...
Hopefully, the decision will be received very soon.

Got the mail saying that my 485 was approved on April 8th. Best of luck to all of u'all.

Its so strange they took almost 2 yrs. My question is your case is not even under retro and there was no rfe either then why this late ?

I am on EB3 and this is not good news for me

It is my turn at last... I just keep staring at the e-mail and I just cannot believe I finally got it.
I am waiting for the I-485 now... I hope to get it sometimes today too!

May 2003 - I140 approved 0n 04/20/2005 - !!!! PHEW !!!!!!!!

What a huge frickin relief - got the all magical email today (actually it was funny, I was writing up a letter to the senator when I got it :) ). Best of luck to all 2003 filers waiting....hang in there...I know exactly the feeling.

God knows how long it will take to get the I-485 approval now. :confused:
