Any 2003 I-140 left?

Congratulation. Did you notice any change in the LUD (last updated date) of I-140 and I-485 before approval ? thanks,
 
No. I did not. Actually I was really surprised. I checked the LUD 5 mins before I got the email...it was unchnaged...it only changed after I got the email.

They were all education. The offices were miscommunicating on what the officer needed for the approval.

Hi Hope74- I can't tell you how many I made. My company called congressmen and senators offices. They were pleasant, but totally useless. I got a letter from one of them telling me my status- exactly what I know from the USCIS website. I also sent faxes to TSC- nothing. I do have to say that once they started with RFE's in December, they responded relatively quickly. I'm sorry I can't give advice on how to speed up the process.

Did you made inquirues or your lawyer helped you. can you make un inquery even if your case is filed with lawyer.

Actually I hired afte I got RFE and I didnot have lawyer at the time of I-140 application. Can I still make inquery. I have repeatedly asking my lawer to call NSCbut she does not doing anything except she sent a response to RFE.

Well today I recd an email that they have sent me an RFE on 3 May.LEts hope its not that bad.

In my case, the company had a lawyer that advised but I handled my case. I have learned in this culture that you must advocate for yourself because frankly no one else will even someone paid to look after your interests. I don't know what to tell you other than your lawyer's future is not at stake in this process.

Whom does the RFE be mailed to, the lawyer or the employer. Cause My case status said that Rfe is mailed on the 3rd. No ones recd it yet.

140 Approved After 21 Months

Just got a email, it said my 140 WAS APPROVED.

waiting for more than 21 months!!!! Priase Lod, it come out good!

TSC stopped processing 140's ??????

I think TSC stopped processing 140's.We dont see any more 140 approvals in TSC recently.
I am praying for every body to get atleast 140 to be approved soon so that we can get benefited from AC21.
Every day getting more frustated with the processing of TSC.
