May be from where you come, getting food may be a big deal. Not for me....had no problems in that department before coming here and am not trying to immigrate to this great country just for food!!
As long as you want to be in the US, you have to accept the system this country has including 245(i) and illegals who was granted to 245(i) BY The US government.
If you start trashing talk on the system, the next words you hear from the US is pretty obvious.

you missed my point. There are legal non-immigrants who can (or cannot) adjust, there are illegal immigrants who can adjust, and then there are illegal immigrants who cannot adjust... And usually, the friendly landscaper is from the country just down south, and they usually don't use visas to come over here to take care of our lawns, so - there is my point - his citizenship will not help the landscaper because chances are that landscaper won't be able to adjust her status. Even if she is lucky to find a wonderful, caring and loving USC husband.
