After Xfer and FP2 from TSC...post all activity

Hi,
I gave my FP (code 1) today. I had completed FP (code 3) in Sept 2005. I received our FP Code 1 notice last week and were scheduled for 5/5. The notice was mailed after my case was transferred from VSC to TSC on 3/15.
I am EB2 category from India. Hope to see some LUD's on my case after the FP.

I just finished my FP2 around 9:30 am this morning and got 2 emails at 10:30 from CIS, stating my case is transferred to another office for further processing
do you know which office? Is it NSC?
I got an email next day morning 10 am from CRIS. I gave my FP2 previous day afternoon around 2 pm. if you get your transfer notice then it might be true. Everything is possible with USCIS.

Is it ok if we go early than actual FP scheduled date? We have FP scheduled on 15th May but want to get it done either before or later probabley week end. Is ASC accepts if we go early and any consequenes?
Did you call ASC before going? please let me know what i need to do?

YOu can just walk in for a FP with your letter and a photoid. Though my FP scheduled on 5/8, I did my FP 5/5. No calling nothing, just walked and requested. They generally do it. But I do not know aboout postpone.

ASC can accomodate you if they consider it. In my cases (6), these were scheduled for different dates so I requested for same day.
Give it a try.

I see LUD for my daughters (1st FP - Code 3) today 5/7/2007 and2nd FPs (Code 1) done today (5/5/2007), earlier than scheduled on 5/9/2005.

there is no difference in these wordings...
The only positive spin I can put on this is that "Pending" means collecting dust as they are waiting for some other agency(read FBI) to get back and "Processing" means assigned to an officer who will actively pursue it.
