After Xfer and FP2 from TSC...post all activity

PD - Feb/2004 -- Now it has become current since June bulletin.

I got FP2 (code 1) in last week of April to appear on 5/9/2007.

got email on 5/7 - Notice returned as undeliverable
got another email on 5/8 - Document mailed to applicant

And message inside was ....If you do not receive in 30 days call....

I have done my FP2 on 5/9 - no LUDs yet

Called CS - he read my last status and said "Document mailed" means we sent the GC (approval) and if you do not receive it within 30 days call us back.

I said, I did my FP after this email. I have not received any email about my 485 approval, my wife's status is not changed. Are you sure it is an approval. He said, When there is a message like this means approval notice sent to you...

I did not argue much but will call after 30days as it is only one week left and I think, I am not getting any documents in next 7-10 days.

Will update this post if I get something in next few days or about my next call...

Please update if anyone has same situation and got something real...
 
MAny people got this type off messages.., even myself and my wife got same type messages... USCIS may resent your fP notices which they are not able to deliver to your home first time...Actually when I called them they told the same thing.. May be Case has been approved ... they are not sure what exactly they sent :D

Hi,
I am in the almost the same situation. I and my wife did FP and no LUD changes for any of us. One fine day day, I got mail returned email. I called customer support and the lady happily took my new address ( I moved to a new location on 05/1/2007 and which updated using AR-11 online form) and said that they will send again the documents but nothing is happened after that. I have not received any thing and no LUD changes.
Can any one through some light on it!

I noticed that you got the Notification of Name Check clearance from FBI almost 26 months after you initiated the query.
Did you follow-up on the matter in the interim ot take any proactive measures to expedite it?

Means the FP notice which was originally undelivered was resent again....this is what it means. My sister too has the same message on her case and Yes, there was no LUD after her FP. The address had changed and we walked in on a saturday at the local ASC and since there were to many people, lady at the desk asked us to return the following weekend.

BTW, i originally received FP2(Code 1) for May 12. Walked in on May 2, spoke to the same lady and requested a June date(then, the bulletin was not out). There was a LUD change on May 8 and received a new FP notice in snail mail for tomorrow(june1)...will update LUD changes tomorrow...later.

Hi Jolpot,
That means, I missed my second notice of FP. I am not sure that how much time, they will take to mail my second FP notice.

VSC -> TSC march 1st week
FP2 May 5th 2007

485 approved email today... spouse got RFE ( need to get the document yet )

5 year gc marathon is over 9 years in this country 3 EAD's thinking of applying 4th..thank god
