After Transfer I-485 to TSC,any approval post here

Where to file my EAD renewal application?

Folks,

My I-485 application was filed with VSC but was transferred to TSC in March.

Now I need to renew my EAD. Where should I file my EAD renewal application, TSC or VSC?

Does anyone have the same experience? Please share.

Wait status...I485 's. No LUDs after FP-2
EAD: After 60 days, I would contact local service center for Interim EAD. I have an impression that USCIS wont be able to complete processing of EAD before 07/11/2007 (expiry of my 3rd EAD).
If USCIS is honest to clear I485s cases, then EADs application are second to none. As per new visa bulletin, lets see how many get out of wait status. BTW, my PD is Dec-2001 (EB2) ROW.

They should be completing your I-485 before 07/11/2007 so you won't need an EAD. Did you try calling them to initiate a service request?
 
Hi,

June bulletin is just out, EB2 and EB3 dates moved a year for India (EB2 for India is Apr 04, EB3 for India is June 03). Hopefully we should start to see some approvals soon.

I spoke to a customer service rep from TSC and mentioned that I have not received any LUD's after my fingerprint and the rep mentioned that I should hear something within 60 days (from the day I gave my finger prints).

Jackolantern, sweet you are. am I so luck to get it before EAD?.
In the past I called, raise a query, the reply was as usual "Pending Security Check". Same reply from TSc after transfer.
 
Question on Notice Date

Like many of you in this forum, my case got transferred from VSC to TSC on March 7th. I went to meet the local immigration office this afternoon and found out that my name check was cleared which is good news. However, when handing my I-485 transfer notice to the immigration officer, I noticed that my Notice date on transfer notice is entered as March 7th 2007. Is this my new notice date, my original notice date is June 2005. TSC is currently processing Oct 2006 ND, do we have to wait another 6 months for my ND to become current. I think most of us will face same issue..can someone throw some light on this issue.

No need to worry. Every notice has a notice date. This is the ND for your transfer notice. Your 485 ND should be on your 485 receipt notice and it should be the same in USCIS records.

Did you get your new EAD? It's been one and half months.

My EAD renewal application was received by TSC on 05/17/07 and there was a LUD on 05/19/07.
