After Transfer I-485 to TSC,any approval post here

again LUD, what going on are they really working on these cases
transferred on 03/07, 03/09, 03/12, 03/13.......

My case and spouse case x-ferred to TSC from VSC. We did get letters confirming the same. Good or bad, not sure. Let's see.

Great. I am even more depressed now. It'll take them another decade to "clear my name" and then another 10 years for visa numbers to become available, but by the time visas are available my name check won't be valid any more.
 
485 pending for long time. can i switch jobs do i need to notify uscis

Gurus, please advise.

My 485 is pending more than 180 days and my i-140 is approved.

Now that the 485 approval is taking so much time.... can i ask my employer attorney to support the green card process and start looking for full time job with some other companies on the basis of EAD.

OR

should i file something with the INS based on AC-21 law .

please let me know..

yes my husband's 485 has LUD today , same pending msg...has ne one's nc cleared ? i'm asking akayal1973 and gc_sankar and others in similar lud pattern.

there is no LUD on my cases. I also applied for 2nd EAD/AP on Dec 4th 2006 but no news yet?!?! I don't know what is going on...

I am not sure whether my NC is cleared as yet or not. As of early Feb. 2007, my name check was still pending (according to the senator's office in NJ). I haven't followed up since then.

I sent a letter to First Lady's office in mid-Feb. I haven't received a response as yet.

Hi,

Had email from USCIS for case transfer from VSC to TSC on 03/15/07.
Today on 03/016/07, I see another LUD.

Ditto. No message change from yesterday. I presume we'll see another couple of LUDs before all said and done.

Transfered on 03-15-2007 and LUD today tooooo.

My second EADs approved but AP is still pening since Jan-30-2007. Any idea how long it takes???????

Our dates are quite similar. We applied for EAD and AP renewal (2nd EAD & AP) on Jan 17 2007 at the VSC and all four applications (self and spouse) were approved within a month. I think the transfers may be causing some delays in your AP processing.
