I assume that they got physical i140 approval. My lawyers wont send an email without having concrete proof (I think ). I will let you know when I get something in hand.

The lawyers told me, they got the 140 approval in hand and that the employer will get a copy and I wont.

I think USCIS do mass online updates in batch so may be within next few days, they will change online status too. We will be happy if you can share that after your online update. Need Help..

Received an RFE on March 11th 2005 for my W2 since priority date. Attroney responded on May 6th 2005 and the USCIS received it on May 9th according to the fedex tracking number. But, still the online status does not change to " We have received your response for further evidence .......". It still has the old message saying " We have mailed you an request for evidence on march 10th".

Is that normal or I need to resend the RFE response once again. I was waiting everyday for the change of LUD and message but nothing happened so far. Can someone throw some light on this issue. How to proceed, since the deadline for responding the RFE is by next weekend. Appreciate your valuable suggestions. Thanks.

It appears that the status change is NOT happening for all cases. I have seen 3 - 4 in this forum. Maybe you have a similar case. Can you talk to the lawyer and figure out what they recommend ?

Looking at the pace CSC is going through the cases I guess they just want to eliminate the backlog completely, at least on paper. At the same time leaving about 25-30% cases unprocessed

It is indeed strange that my status was not updated. There is one other case that was approved recently that had similar behavior (status - received). I will update the forum when my online status changes.
