hey i think the reason why Project GC is approved and me and you is not is because we have fp expired.
and i call 800 number to check status of my case, they said that i can only inquire after 60 day from the rfe ack. (mine is 33days)
but your case is infact more than 60 days, so why dont you call 800 number again to see if what they are going to say this time !

Initialy INS told wait for 60 days.
Then ,my RFE ACk date got changed from 21st April to 21st June exactly on 60th day.
Now again ,they are telling JUST WAIT

Yes ,I agree our FP got expired.
Today , I have contacted with congressman. Let's see..
 
Updated tracker info for my RFE.

On an average it takes,

41 days from RFE Issued to Approval
18 days from RFE Ack to Approval
7 days from reply sent to RFE Ack

in my case, it took,

50 days from RFE Issued to Approval
21 days from RFE Ack to Approval
8 days from reply sent to RFE Ack

Well near average.

PS: The above days include holidays and weekends.

Follow up continuously with Congressman. Did you contact Senators? Do that. Make sure you call everyone of them each week.

I did all that until they finally gave a date they will open the case. It is painful but I did it.

I have received the the 2nd FP Yesterday.
I think after sending FAX ,they have send 2nd FP
FAXed to 214-489-8021 number.

Hello All,
1) I had an RFE issues on June 21, for Immunization records, and medical.
We sent the tests back immediately, but am yet to see the status updated on the web site ? Anyone else have this lag ?

2) i presume, my officer is Officer # 16. Could anyone shed light on his/her speed of processing ? Has anyone been processed with this particular officer before ?

I also got RFE from officer #289 mailed on july 2nd by BCIS lawyer recd July 12th I have yet to reply
it is for medical exams for me and my wife we never got medicals done while submitting our 485 back in 2002

In the letter attorney faxed does not see officer number, how to find officer number, since it is more than 40 days,one of slowest officers like #289 or ??

Did you get the second FP done?

You got the first FP done in 6/2002.

Is it still valid or expired.

My first FP was done in Dec 2002. But no further info from TSC.
