Finally Greenluck, Congrat!!!!

Also a minor update, I receive courtesy copy of aprroval notive yesterday. Will go to Stamp next Tue. ( Local office only deal with us on Tue and Thu.). Will post a stamp experience when I get back from local office.

Congrats! It's so nice to see you get approved as I have also been waiting to hear something from officer#016.

Could you please let me know if you have done anything to expedite the process? I've called the 1-800 number for an inquiry but TSC only sent me a letter to tell me it's pending review... Can you please shed some light on this?

Besides calling the 800 number, I also sent a fax to TSC at 214-489-8021. I don't know if any of these did anything. Good luck.

Can you please specify more details about your RFE. You mentioned "court records" in the Tracker, What for those Court Records are ?
 
Finally got approved by officer #69. The status is still saying RFE received. I got the approval letter yesterday.

Finally the most awaited letter of approval is here. Here are my details:

ND: 07/01
FP: 03/03
RFE: 01/04 RFE for company spinoff information,paystubs.
RFE recv'd date: 03/04 (Officer # 295)

and Finally approval on 04/22/04

(Placed an inquiry with the CSC a week before approval)

I received my approval notice today 04/26

I sincerely thank all forum members for all the information and support during this process and I am sure that each of U will receive your approvals soon, especially the 2001 folks.

Approval notices received

We received our courtsey copy of the approval notices yesterday.
I've updated the xls file and also added info about other people who have not updated theirs in the xls file

Employment letter/Pay Stub/W2 and Tax returns...

Everything is with me now...and I received the RFE copy

Lawyer is lazy and already 1 month passed after INS mailed it(they changed address but didn't inform INS)

Do I need AC21 letter also... I am attaching one ...

Any expert suggestion plz...

I noticed that you got ur TSC acknowledgment within 2 days! How did you send your RFE Response? Mine was sent by my lawyer via FEDEX on the 28th and it has been delivered yesterday i.e 04/29th..

our rfe was from officer #57.I called TSC a couple of days back, but they just asked me to be patient and wait .
 
my case ith 255

My case with 255 officer:

ND/RD 01/18/02
FP 03/26/03 on line show FP is received on 4/16/03.
REF 02/06
REF ACK 02/27/04
No further progress yet.

Which # I should call to reach the TSC? I called 1800 a week ago. A lady told me write to TSC or wait for the time frame to cover my case. :confused:
 
I am updating the excel file. I have added three columns that calculate,

1. The no. of days for RFE to approve from RFE Issue Date

2. The no. of days for RFE to approve from RFE ack.

3. The no. of days it takes to Ack RFE after a reply is sent.


From the excel sheet, I could find out that the officers that handle most RFEs are,

69, 255 and 450. All of them issue RFE for EVL, W2s, Pay stubs and Tax Returns. Officer 255 is faster and approves in 12 days (average) after RFE Ack, followed by officer 69, 15 days and Officer 450, 25 days.

The other officers that are on loose are 256 and 295.

In my case, the RFE is issued for me and not my wife or child.
