RFE received. Here are the details
Hi Guys,
My Details are as follows:
PD ----> Dec 1999
RD -----> Aug 2001
ND ----> Oct 2001
FP ----> Mar 2003
RFE ---> March 5th 2004
My Attorney received the RFE.
The details INS mentioned in the RFE are :
1) Employment Letter with Paystubs and W2's
2) Company Financial Stands (Proof to show how many employees are on payroll and Federal Tax returns)
3) Date of Birth
4) Marriage Certificate
And the Officer assigned is 21.

my attorney sent my RFE reply yesterday, 3/9/04. From the tracker, both mds939 and FL4083 had ACK date of 3/4/04. In other word, Officer 255 approved the cases 6 days after ACK.

Glad to inform that my wife's & my I485 approved yesterday as per on line status. Hope you can count on your days.

been approved by now!!!

NO RFE for spouse (dependent).

Receipt date first Week of July,2001
Notice Date First week of August 2001
Online Status updated to RFE Sent on 03/04/2004, but we haven't received the RFE yet.
When checked with the attorney, they are saying it might take
upto two weeks for them to receive the RFE.
Any body had this kind of situation. Please let me know
