485 RFE track -- Calling to those who got RFE

REF ACKed

I just checked my status, they ack the receipt of my RFE response on Mar 17.

I hope I can get the approval soon by tailwind of officer 255's approval of FL4083, mds939, GotGCard, pchilof.

GO! Officer 255!!!
 
Cleanguard, congrats! It's great to see someone getting approved after a long wait since RFE was received by TSC. Hope officer #016 will also wake up soon.
 
I lost my previous registered name "LonelyH1" so I have to re-register. Here is my 485 information:

PD Dec 1999
140 AD April 2001
485 RD 4/12/2001, ND 5/8/2001, FP 3/8/2003

Spouse as Principle applicant, AD 3/12/2004 without RFE, notice received on 3/16/2004.

RFE mailed out for me on 3/11/2004 but my lawyer in Dallas hasn't received it yet as of 3/18/2004.

I appreciate it if you could add my information to the list.

I also noticed it took several other forum members quite a long time to simply receive RFE in the mail, even though they are in Texas. Is it a trend right now?

It is same situation for me.

Pricipal applicant approved without RFE.

Spouse and Child RFE.

Spouse for marriage ceritificate.
Child for birth certificate.

Received RFE in exact one week. Lawyer took some time to process it though.

RFE is received but no action since then.

our RFE was acknowledged on 02/27 and there has been no progress after that.is there someone with a similar or longer wait time?

What is your officer #? Is it #16?

There is a group of people who have been sent RFE by officer #16 and are waiting since January. There is an initiative underway to e-mail, fax TSC, Senators and Congress people with a formal letter with SRC# to get the officer #16 backlog files processed.

There has been a slow down in the processing of RFE cases this week even from officers who were promptly approving the cases a week to 10 days after the RFE response is received.

I hope the reason for this is the spring break and not a shift of resources to another product line.

Hopefully we will see a lot of approvals for RFE cases next week when officers are back from vacation.

I was looking at the approval pattern of this officer (69) , and it looks like he/she approves the case in two weeks time , so hopefully
by next weekend we shoud get our approvals.

What was your RFE about?
Looking at the earlier approvals by officer #255, he/she takes about a week on average to approve after it has been acknowledged.
My RFE was from #255 too.

Officer Number?

I have seen lots of people filling the track info without officer number. It would be a great help to form a group and track down any particular officer like #16 if everyone fills that information

Correct me if I am wrong, I think the officer number is at the left corner of the RFE letter, am I right?
 
Will try to find the officer #, but lawyer is not very cooperative and did not share this information.
 
I don't know if i am right or not. from the bottom of FRE letter, you should see EMC/***. Mine is EMC/450. I think it is officer's #.

My RFE was received on 2/26/04 and it is almost one month now and no approval.

RFE: 2/11/2004 for Emp letter.
 
Same here. RFE received on Feb 25. (officer # 21) No approval yet. It's almost been a month. Hope they continue the trend of approvals ??

Can somebody confirm the fact that RFE response goes to the same officer who issued the RFE ? Just curious ?
