140 approval status

Hi Gurus,

My details are follows....

EB3 - PD Mar 1999
INS: Vermont
I-140: RD: 05/30/05 ND: 06/01/05
I-485/EAD/AP: RD: 06/22/05 ND: 06/30/05
FP ND: 07/08/05
FP Done: 07/22/05
EAD AD: 08/18/05
AP AD: 08/22/05
I-140 AD: ??
I-485 AD: ???

I am egarly waiting for 140 approval. My company is reputed and big one. Does any one know USCIS processing June 1st week 140 petitions? Usually it should be fast. Is there any way to track 140 approvals from Vermont? My case is waiting close to 4 months. Is this normal time now a days? How many of you are waiting for 140 approvals in EB3?

EAD approved

Got the approval emails for myself and my wife yesterday.I guess iam the last in the line to get it....but anyway.
There were few lud's on my 485 before i got my EAD approval and also there were separate lud's ON MY 765 too...dont know what that means.
but there was no lud on 140 though.
Like rasi said most of them have lud on there 485 on 9/21......dont kno what that lud means for everyone....just as a guess i think they are wraping our 485's to put them in the boxe....til our time comes ...crappy retogression.....

I think the I-140 approvals depend on your company history. If your company already have lot approvals, than the cases will approve very quick.

I wish they should follow FIFO but looks like NOT.
Anyway, they are approving the cases. I am happy for that.

Thanks LaborBadhi, i guess 140 got approved in weeks time may be beacause of companies history or financial updates or documentation , i am not sure at all how it got through in less time.

i wish everybody who applied should get there approvals ASAP.

I am also on the same boat. I filled my I140 on May24, so far no LUD. Waiting for it

Hi IND77 - I read it some where, FBI is no more offering email service on name check. Also, I read that FBI was taking more than 6 months to give reply.

I think only option left is 'contact Congress Man'.

I am not sure. Mine was sent out on Jun 17 (overnight FEDEX) but my RD was Jun 22.
