I can bet there are lot of guys from April, May and June waiting for their I-140. I just want to understand what is the criteria ? What they roll out a dice and pick up that case ?

I am in the same boat as you are and the only difference is my RD for I140 is April 22nd 05 and still wating for my I140. My case if filed in EB3 and it is tough to predict these ideatic buraeus...:)

Hope we get our I140 approvals soon..
 
I am planing to go to my home country for a visit using the AP while my 140 is sill pending. Do you think this can be an issue?

any one has or heard of a similar experience?

your inputs will be very appreciated.

It was original labour cert. There was no LUD after FP recieved LUD on 06/10/05.

Need Help!

Hi all,

I need a big favor. Do any of you know a good consulting co in VA within 40 miles radius of Manassas.

You see I also work for a comsulting company in Virginia. My employer is planning to close down the company and I am in the midst of GC process . EB2
rir 2002.

I checked with my lawyer and he says that since my labor has not been approved, I can transfer my LC to a new company but it needs to be in VA

I have a long term client who will be willing to sign contract with new consulting company. Can you recommend to me your company. I do not live in VA so it is very difficult to find consulting co in VA over the net.

As I am in a time crunch, I would really appreciate your timely respond... I am sending out as many request as possible. A name, contact no. and a website is all I need.. I can call them to work out the details. Please PM me.

EAD card received

I received my card yesterday for both myself and my wife..........it was real fast though.....just 4 days after the approval mail.

I recd mine of friday and my wife's yesterday! Pretty fast. My lawyer recd the AP approvals in her mail yesterday.

I too waiting from May 24th, No LUD's so far
 
Green card journey came to end. Spouse approval today.

I have received my spouse's approval emails today. This has been possible only because a nice customer service rep forwarded her case to the officer last week.

EB3 ND 08/03/05 AD 09/27/05.
PD 04/18/2001

Unable to file I 485 due to retrogression.

Any I-140 approvals for PERM labors??

Did any get their I-140 approved where the labor is from PERM process meaning the PD is in 2005? I've seen some fast I-140 approvals in 2005 but their PD was back in 2001-2003. Did any one get any LUDs on their I-140 filings?

My AP was recd by my lawyer yesterday. The lawyer recd 3 copies of AP. Did all your APs go to your attorney or recd by you?

Mine went to attorney and received 3 copies(this is normal). I think some times USCIS send directly to beneficiary.
