Another LUD on 485

Both spouse and I had an LUD on 485 yesterday with no message change. Spouse 485 status still does not show "FP received...".

LUD (Spouse):- 1 - 7/5/05 (no msg); 2 - 7/6/05 (no msg); 4 - 7/14/2005(no msg)

AP, EAD (Self, Spouse):
RD- 6/14/2005
ND- 6/16/2005

No LUD changes

No other changes on anything else.

I read from this group that ppl filed around my time got their EAD but for me there's no change(LUD) at all so far?

And another thing i heard from friends are that If 140/485/EAD filled on same date then first uscis will make sure I140 is filled correctly and then only approve EAD is this true?

If anyone has information that would really help me.

My case was filed in the first week of may'05
N.D is May 9th 2005, used EB2 sub labor - VSC, since then there has been three LUD's on our case(me and my wife) without any msg change. Last LUD was on 05/25/05. EAD,AP,140,485 all are pending. No FP notice also. No rfe so far as far as i know. Wondering what might be going on with my case. I tried calling USCIS but i get an standard automated msg, cant' get it to a rep. Can anybody guess/comment? what should i do now?

Hi Friends,

My Application for I140 & I485 was sent on 06/29/05.
Till now I did not get any Receipt number.
Did anybody face this much of delay to get receipt number?

Vasu 209 and CVIG,

You have to wait about 3 weeks to get receipt #. However, once you get it , you would see RD and ND much earlier dates. On my case, I got my receipt date on 3rd week and EAD/AP on 4th week.

I have sent my I 485 application on 6/24/05 and haven't heard anything. Also my check is not cleared from my bank. Hope to hear something soon.
 
Newbie....

Hi there

I am a newbie here, have been sitting in the Labor Certification threads for a veryyyy loooong time but was told on Friday that my labor was approved.

I was hoping someone here would be able to help me get started. My PD is Apr 2002 and I believe I am EB2. However, my HR is trying to change lawyers and the new lawyer may end up screwing me over -- so I have to wait and see how the EB categorization goes. I know my LC qualifies me for EB2 but I am in a rather tough situation right now.... I will be happy to update this forum as I go along but please help me get started.

I am going to be meeting with my HR and new lawyer Wednesday this week (thats if they dont delay things already) -- and I was hoping to be prepared with a lot of the "lingo" and "technicalities" for that conversation.

Please help -- Also is there a tracker document that can give me a sense of how the 140 and 485 stages are moving along ? I have heard that things are much better these past few months, what do you all think ?

Submitted on July 11

I submitted my docs (140/485,concurrent) on Jul11,2005 ..........received fedex confirmation that it reached there on July 12 and signed by one Mr .G.Merrihew at Welliston,VT.

Waiting for RD,ND and everything else............
Will keep you posted...........

It has not moved since May 3rd ....it is sitting there as of March 19,2005 . However, you can see following approval ...let me compare you , me and others ...so that it helps other who are in the same boat

Rajguru --> EB3--> ND--> 5/17-->approved--> 6/27--> 41 days
Kantha --> EB2--> ND--> 5/10-->approved--> 6/27--> 48 days
Bigmouth --> ??--> ND--> 4/25-->approved--> 7/5--> 63 days

ME --> EB3--> ND--> 6/2-->approved--> ????--> 44 days and counting
You --> EB3--> ND--> 6/7-->approved--> ????--> 39 days and counting

so let's hope they will move fast .....

Hello Friends,
I am new to this forums, i am not familiar about this terminology. Could some one explain buzz words like .. RD, ND, RFE. My case(I140,I-485) also filled from VSC (Vermont service center) on 05/20/2005, but I havn’t got any thing.

NO FP Received Message

Hi,
I did my finger print on July 5 and the LUD got changed on 7/5 and 7/6 then after 13 days it again changed on 7/18 and today 7/19 but no change in message, it still shows received status ? Any thought s why this...?
