2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Guys,

Is there any expection or speculation about when EB3 visa numbers will become available again. Also, how does it work - when numbers do become available, I expect there will be retrogression, is this an accurate expectation ?

No change in LUD's for I140 and I485

Mavip,
Did your lawyer made any inquiry or call someone at VSC to find out the reason for check not being cleared for such a long time. My papers were sent on June 24th and my check is also not cleared. Don't know how to find out what happened or expedite the process.

Thanks . Even my checks got cleared today. My RD is 06/27 and ND is 07/18.

FP Done, LUD changed twice after that, message remains same. Does this mean they received my FP?

Mistakley, I posted in '04 thread ..here you go again

Labour_Wait and A P,

I saw exactly same thing on your FP case which happend to me too. You had LUD changed twice after FP, but no message changed. However, AP spouse's message changed in a week with " precessing resume" ....Have you seen any changes by now or remain the same. Look at my signature above

I140 for EB2 filed after 15th April 2005 from VSC

Has any one got any approval or LUD for I140 (EB2) filed on or after 15th April 2005 from VSC

The forst two LUDs after FP have no msgs (as in your case). You should expect to receive a "fingerprint received" LUD in a week or so.

Nothing has changed for us since my last post. Looks like VSC is sleeping.

No.. There is no change in the status, only the LUD got changed two times after the FP done .. Hope for the best!

485 RD 5/20/2005 ND 5/27/2005 FP Done 7/5/2005
485 LUD : 7/5/2005, 7/6/2005, 7/18/2005 7/19/2005 Same received status

Processing Dates

New processing dates Data has come in USCIS site, but no movement as far as I can see on I-140 and 485 from last time.

Looks like they have exhausted all Visa numbers for the current year. As per
latest visa bulletin the eb2 category is likely (almost certainly) to retrogress
in Aug.

Can you please let me know what is "CODE3".
 
Here is an update....Received my FP notice on 07/21/05. Finger print appointment was set on Sat 6PM by USCIS. Are they open staturday at 6PM? I wonder if it is a mistake by USCIS.
