FP done

Sorry for the delay.

I got my FP notice on Monday 07/18/05 cnd completed my FP on Friday, 07/22/05. I got the notice at my home address and my lawyer also got one.

I-485 LUD changed once to 07/18/05 after that.

Hi Gurus,

My and my wife I-140/485/EAD/AP/FP are filed recently. The received date is 07/16/05.

Could some one please let me know how many days will it take to get EAD and AP?
Also I-140 tooo??

Also what are the full forms for "LUD" "RD" and "ND"

My lawyer sent out my papers for 140/485 on July11 and the fedex confirmation said that it reached them on July 12.But iam still waiting for my receipt numbers....I think you sent out the papers around the same time too right....can you please confirm .... and also did you get it directly or did your lawyer received it???

Yes, My lawyer sent them out on July 11 and got to VSC on July 12. it's the lawyer who received the receipts.

Any LUD changes on your application ? For both of us no changes in status yet...21 days over after FP :confused: anybody know how to call FBI ?

The forst two LUDs after FP have no msgs (as in your case). You should expect to receive a "fingerprint received" LUD in a week or so.

Nothing has changed for us since my last post. Looks like VSC is sleeping.

I just called FBI at 304-625-5590 and the CR told me that the result has been sent to the UCIS on Jul 5 .. the same day I did my FP. But still the status is not updated ? :confused: :confused: :confused:

has anyone recently got their FP at Alexandria in VA. will appreciate if you can share your experience with me....i am planning to go for an early FP but my actual date is scheduled on Aug 3rd. will they allow for this to happen.

LUD = Last Update Date.

If you create an account in the USCIS online status check then you will notice that for each of your applications there is a Last Update Date. This date tells you when last that particular application of yours was worked on.

My 485 status was changed to "fp received, processing resumed" around a week after we got our fp done. My spouse's status however has not changed yet. It is still the old..."your application was received on blah blah...it is taking xyz days...".

Yes.. same message for both of us ... FBI said they send results in the same day ! Its not updated yet. Who know..how this works!!

I am travelling to India Me and my wife have our GC but my son only has PP stamping and my daughter has her advance parole , Do we need transit visa for paris I am travelling by Air France .Please reply asap as we are leaving satuarday

Called FBI @304-625-5590

Thanks Labor_wait for the number..my FP was done on 05/13 and I had only one LUD after that on my 485 on 05/16, but messages was not updated. So, I called the FBI today to enquire about FP and it seems FBI got the results on 05/13 and they sent them back on 05/14 to USCIS and the website messages was not updated.

I also asked about name check, then the customer rep. informed to check with USCIS.

Hope this helps for the folks who are waiting to get some status on FP results...

BTW, mine is in EB3 filed on 04/23 and got my EAD on 05/06 and FP (code-3) was done on 05/13..and waiting for my I-140 and 485.

So .. You did FP two months before I did, and still waiting for the status change!. Did they forget do the changes ? or with some other reason ? will know in few weeks ... Please keep update if any change happens in your 485 LUD's.
