IS FP dependednt on the category you filed under EB3.. i was filed under C(9).. what was yours ?

Let me correct here. I think your FP notice on 6/5 right ? I mean June 5th since your's RD was May 25th. Anyway, I think you are on same region as I am which is Denver. When you got your FP, was there any LUD changed or you just got in your mail ? I am hoping our is same ASC. Is there any way I can can check date on ASC?

Just an update....i applied for AP (travel document) seperately by myself. AP was received on June 06/02/05. It was approved on June 06/23/2005. However, I still have not received any notice for fingerprint. Although I have seen some folks who have alreday completed their fingerprints after me.

A question for you. In the receipts for your applications there is a box where an A# is provided. I was wondering whether the A# in your receipts for EAD, 485 is the same as that in the receipt for AP (given that you applied for these separately).

My wife obtained an EAD for a year through OPT (optional practical training) after finishing he graduate studies. We were advised by our lawyer that there is no need to file for a 485 pending based EAD right now as she already has one. She was given an A# as part of her earlier EAD approval which we had included in her 485 and AP application. We noticed that her 485 and AP receipts have a different A# than what was provided to her in her previous EAD approval. Not sure whether this is a mistake on part of VSC or whether it is normal.

It's normal....I used the A# provided in 140/485 notice for AP. This # is different that what I got from OPT

Just received FP notice today in mail. No LUD changed

EB3-140/485/EAD/AP - ND June 2nd, 2005
FP received - June25th, 2005 ( including spouse)
EAD/AP: ???
140: ???

Mine scheduled for 7/20 ...since we r in same ASC, will let you know my experience ....I know your wife got EAD/AP...any news on yours ?

no news on EAD/AP

there is no news on mine EAD/AP. How ever my wifes EAD / AP got approved and she got the card and docs too.

For ours EAD/AP my guess it will take 60 days . But who knows :)

140 update?

can any one on this board tell me how many months currently for a vermount 140 response.Because I saw the date as march 19th on INS web site ,but apparently that is not the case I guess.
