Kantha congrats ! I just want to let you all know how great this forum is for everybody. It is much easier to predict when to expect own cases by looking others. BTW, I got receipt paper from my Attorney today so here is my signature

I have the same LUD ( just once after submission and no status change ) for all apps. Do you have a similar situation ?

Same situation here gcnow wrt to LUDs. Given that our applications are under EB1(3), I won't be surprised if our timelines will be very close to each others. The USCIS website indicates that EB1(3) 140's received on Nov 18, 2004 are being processed right now so it might be a longer wait for us than the EB2 and EB3 folks.

Great news.When was your first LUD on I-140 ?. I got I-140's receipt from my lawyer today .last lud is on 05/17/05.I still didn't get the mail saying FP recived . Here is my updated signature .

Today, I got an email regarding my EAD approved but not AP. However, My wife got both. Also, her 485 LUD changed twice this week. I am surprised but mine remain untouchable. Does that mean anything ?

I have a question for you gurus... My I485 ND is June 22 2005. My LC (EB3) priority date is July 2000. Vermont Service center has Aug 12 2004 as the current processing date for I485 . So is it necessary for the processing date to reach Jun 22 2005 for my application to start getting processed or does my priority date place me at an advantage

I noticed that all the checks were cleared by my bank today. I noted down the EAC#s and registered online for case status check. I am yet to receive the hardcopy receipts.
Here are my details:
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP ( Self & Spouse ) - FEDEX Date: 06/17/2005

Checks Cleared Date: 06/30/2005
Online Case Status says case was received on 06/28/2005!!!
One question though: I see multiple entries for I-140 in the Service Center Processing Dates page. Which one is EB2 ?
1) Adv Degree or Exceptional Ability OR
2) Skilled Worker or Professional?
