2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Lud changes

I had my FP's done on 08/18 and immediately the FP done LUD was reset to 08/22 for spouse and myself.

This morning again on my case alone (I-485), LUD is changed to 08/29 with the following info:

"
Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On August 29, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your
I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
"

Just wanted to share with you folks. Nothing changed for my wife though. Please let me know if anything good or bad...hehehheeh
 
I did my my fingerprint on 08/06/2005 after that I got 4 LUDs without any message change. It does not even say "finger print rcvd". Anyone has any suggestion if I call to find out what is happening with the fingerprint result?

One thing definately bothering is my EAD and AP. No LUD's on this. While my FP and 485 have LUD's but my 140 , EAD and AP not updates at all.

Please let me know if anybody's EAD/AP is similar to my case. Its already been more than 45 days that i did not receive my EAD/AP. Generally i heard that EAD/AP is being approved in less than 30 days. Mine was a Sub labor..FYI

Same here.. No message changes..FP completed on 7/5/2005.

I got a REF mail today for me , spouse and son. Since the RFE is on all of our cases , Do you have any insights what it would be?

Hi Mvnm,

Mine is exactly 100% same case as yours.....see my signature.....no idea...whats happening....may be all our files are with the same guy at VSC.
Praying atleast for LUD's ......
 
140 FIFO rule not being followed !!!

Or just some guys are LUCKY !!

The VSC processing time is Mar 26th and there are lot of guys waiting from April/May/June, but i am seeing approvals with PD of August also.
We can't call USCIS unless processing dates published are that of July/August....

Hello Folks,
I am a novice wrt the procedures for name check. Can somebody please clarify if name check is same as NCIC check? I had to go through NCIC test last month for work related purposes... will that help with name check?

Finally Got FP and completed

After a long wait received the FP notice and completed it today, still waiting for 140 to get approved...

Got some relief after your posting. Atleast someone is awaiting for i-140 approval who applied before or around me. I have no idea how other folks are getting approval applied around july/Aug timeframe. It seems CIS was working in LIFO method.

Anyway, my i-485 msg sill unchanged. I does not even change to "FP received" LUDs. When Call the 800#, it tells "We cannot access your file due to the temporary technial difficulties....". My lawyer is saying that CIS is still processing the Fe 05 cases

Finally some approval news !!!

I received email notification that mine and spouse EAD is approved today. It took exactly 2 months. See my signature below for more details.

Initially my fingerprints were updated today and i am assuming may be based on the update of the finger prints, EAD, AP, 140 and finally 485 would be approved. Hopefully expecting for some miracle to myself and all of you folks...

hooray....... :p
 
multiple LUDs

Guys,

4 of my cases got LUDs yesterday w/o message change. These cases were: my EAD, my 485 and both AP (see updated signature). I am confused. Any ideas what these could be? I did not get any email either. I think USCIS site sends out email only in case of message changes.

When you say no msg, you mean no email or can you see messages elsewhere
