My wife's EAD was aproved yesterday .

Questions - Was there a LUD Chnge on approval
Ans- Yes on I-765
did you rcieve the automated mail confirming approval'
Ans-Yes

"your earlier posts shows that the packet was sent on 4/16
but recieved on 5/6. did it take 20 days by fedex. I am confused."

Sorry for that ,Actually I sent all the papers to lawyer on 4/13 .I got the mail from lawyer on 4/16 saying that he is sending the papers,but I think he took more time.

did you get LUD in I-485 after completing FP??

Here is my signature.

Labor: EB3 VSC PD - 2/28/02. AD - 12/29/04 (Was in India and got retrogressed.)
I140/485/EAD: RD - 3/21/05. ND - 3/24/05.
140 LUD - 4/5/05 (AD - 4/5/05, as per approval notice received by my lawyer)
(My lawyer has received the approval notice. But, the web site still says "the case was received on the...")
EAD AD - 5/11/05
131 AD - 5/13/05
FP Done - 5/5/05 No LUD changes yet.
485 LUD - 3/28/05. No LUD changes after that.

I am wondering if my application is not being processed due to the fact that the website is still saying 140 is pending.
Don't know. Strange things happen. I tried calling the 800 number and only could reach the automated system.
Can someone tell me how to talk to someone at Vermont?
GCPZ, hope you are right. But, my luck with this whole process has been bad.

I filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently in MARCH...and got EAD and AP approved in April and FP was aslo done in MAY...waiting for I-140 approval..

Can anyone update the MARCH status...Has anybody's 140 filed in march is approved..Did the USCIS start MARCH processing???

Help appreciated...

No receipt yet

I am new to this forum. My lawyer says he has filed my case 3 weeks back and haven't received any notice receipts yet. Is that possible ? How much time does it usually take ?

Can't depend on lawyer ...

Same here ? When did u file yours ? Mine went to May25th but still no receipt at all ...Tried to contact lawyer no luck ...Since Lawyer took care of all fees, I can't look into cashed check either ....

AJ and A_p, do you guys see any status with your receipt ? What is your file date and how long it took for you guys to get receipt ?

Appreciate anybody input here

I got receipt # in 7 days. my RD is 5/25/05. But for some reason i can not track it online. But for my wife's case , i can check the status online.

For my case i did talk to VSC service center and i was tranffered to immigration officer. he was able to find my case with the receipt # i gave. I was told to wait for few more weeks to track my status online.

As per VSC status page they are processing March 19th 2005 for I 140 case.

Don't worr you will be fine. You can check your bank account if you have paid by your personal checks

I had a LUD on my I140 last week.
Is that means something is happening or RFE. I am really concern about that LUD.

Guys:

Any of you aware how long does it take after an RFE is replied for approval?

I got a RFE for employer's Tax return. it was replied on may 24th and recieved by vermont on june 6th. LUD on june 7 and then again today (10th).
