Hi Labsub when was Ur 140 Approved.

Mine are PD Dec 2000 (Sub Labor) I140/485 RD - 06/30/2005 ND 07/18/2005

Not Yet Approved both I140 & 485

Yes I am from a retrogressed country(INDIA).
My 1140 was approved in mid August 2005 (sub labor).
ND for 1140/485 - June 2000.

anyone who is waiting for their I140 from April-2005

I posted this message in the past, but would like to find out if any one is still waiting like me to get their I140 cleared.

I filed my 140 and 485 on April-05, got my EAD, AP and FP(code3) were done in subsequent month (May-2005), but still waiting for my I140 and 485.


My attorney initiated an enquiry and we have not received any response with in 30 days and now they sent a letter to USCIS requesting the status of my I140....

EB3, PD: March 2001
I140/485 filed on April 21st 2005, AD:????
EAD, AP Approved 05/13/05
FP (code 3) completed on 05/13/05,
No message change in the case about finger printing
 
Bi-specialization !!!

Guys,

What do you think about this 'bi-specialization' stuff ? Do you think it will result in faster processing of I140 & 485 ?

Where will they move the VSC cases --> TSC or NSC ?

Any news on the 'immigration reform bill' ( especially in relation to visa numbers ) ?

Slkrk,

There are harly any cases. I have been regular to forums these days.
There coule be one or two cases. Most recetnly I have seen on this forum, one I-140 got cleared after 14 months later. It very rarely happens with CIS to hold cases like yours.
Was there any issues in your case like....
Substitution applying with a copy of the labor... or anything like this ?

Follow up is the only nearest alternate as of now.

If you don't mind can you please answer one more question.
Yours is a Sub. case right.
When did you move into the Payroll of GC sponsering company ?
Mine is a Sub. Case. My I-140 most recently got approved. I do not have plans to go on payroll of the GC sponsering company till I-485 is approved.
I am scared this situation will lead to any query or an interview ?
Your expererience and any infomration will help me. Please write
 
I-485 approved

My I485 has been approved Today (March 29, 2006) :)

I am NOT from a Retro country.
Labor is mine.

PD: August 2001
Labor Approved on June 2005.
I140/I485: ND: July 20, 2005
I140: AD Jan 24, 2006.
I485: AD March 29, 2006.

No LUD on I485 after the one of FP received.
Two LUDs on I140 (Feb 24 and March 6).

Well writting letter will help but it will be time consuming. Best do a conf call with usics and HR/Lawyer.

Amagilaj,

I am in the Payroll of the GC processing company for the past 5 years. They had to substitute labor for me due to a mix up of my original labor.
As I understand Green card is for a future employment. So you don't have to be in the Payroll of the the sponsering company till for 485 is approved.
Am i right guys !!!

as per adjudication manual the interview waived if working for gc sponsor

I-140 approved

As i believed and to my surprise my I-140 got approved yesterday. I just checked the email received from USCIS. My 6yr of H1 completes next month. Now i can apply for 3 yrs extension.

Here is my detail
EB3, Feb-02
LC AD: 10-05
I-140 ND:13-05 - No LUD till yesterday.
I-140 AD:03-29-06

EB3 India. I think i need to wait for another 6 months before thinking of applying I-485

Anyway good luck to others who are waiting for their approval.
