Could peopls share your preception/idea/guestimate on where the dates are for Eb2 concurrent processing?
Please quote the processing time etc of friends who got their gcs in the recent past.

I am somewhat new to the board. What are the ways can I check status like
1. Phone (please write me the phone #)
2. Online : I have entered the receipt #s in www.uscis.gov website for emails
3. Any other way

I don't know if anybody ever looked in the file. You cannot make any analisis. For me, this is a waste of time!

In the same time period 4 guys got FP notice and One got EAD approved in exactly 7 working days after the notice date!!
(luckiest person in the whole world)...

So asked....Curious Curious Curious.... What else can I do...

Experts;

I had concurrently applied I-140/I-485 on Dec 29 2004. I have not recieved any receipt from USCIS indicating that application has been received.

Can you please let me know how many days does it take for the USICS to provided some kind of receipt

Welcome to waiting club

My Attorney mailed my papers on 17th Dec and we got the receipts on 01/04/05 It takes more than two weeks.

1)Financial ability to pay the offered wage as of March 10,2003 ( my labor filing date) and continue to have such ability.

LIN03274XXXXX I-140 Approved on January 13, 2005

RFE for I-485
1) Submit a currently issued letter or other evidence from the prospective permanent employer that indicates your current position,if any your prooffered position , wage etc ., continue to exist.( This is because I filed as a future employee)

2) Varicella is not marked ( I had to take blood test again to prove that Iam immune to chicken pox)

i also applied my wife's 485 on 29th dec.just yesterday only my lawyer got the reciepts so dont worry u will get them soon

I have also filed my papers on the same day. No receipt received yet. Please update if you get your receipt notice.

Is your RD is Dec 29 or Jan 10 ? I heard, NSC made it like Jan 10 instead of Dec 29 due to the large number of applications.
