2004 XL tracker for NSC only!!!

Hey Guys

How can I find my case is EB2 or EB3 by seeing the Notice received from USCIS?

Hi guys,
Do you know if EB2 folks get FP notice earlier than EB3 guys .I see some guys(EB2) got FP notice within 20 days recently .My EB3 RD is 12/09 and dont have any FP notice yet ?
Should I be worried ?

Yeah its seems true, Friend of mine and me applied on same day but his case is EB2 but mine is EB3. He got his FP notice on 3 Jan. but still I am waiting...
I think its bad time for EB3...

Anyone got any FP notice for EB3 in the same period????

My case is filing AP/EAD/140/485 together. After about 2 weeks, I received fingerprinting notice. I can’t find “notice type” on that notice, should I receive other notice?

I guess you are trying to find your case is EB3 or EB2 in that case :-
You will find the "Notice Type" on your I140 receipt (Not on FP notice).

Latest EAD approval

I saw a posting posting on 485 - NSC issues thread.
That person's RD was 10/17/2004 and AD is 01/04/2005.
His was 2nd EAD.
Anyone with more latest approval ?
Please update if yours got approved and RD is after 10/17/04.
 
Here's my update once again

Someone loaded a wrong version after I had update dmy dates in Dec.'2004
