2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

I am sure thats for RFE. bacause I got the same message when I got RFE for 140 So now I would like to know what will be the possible RFE for 485. Just for clarification, The message is as below
"On May 24, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

No, you cannot raise a status inquiry as your 485 ND is in Dec 2004. VSC, as per published dates, is processing June 2004.

Does the LUD also change if you call VSC

Gurus,
If there any chances that if you call VSC then there is a change in LUD... It happened with me.. Me and My wife called VSC seprately on May 10 to find out about our I485... and then there is a LUD on May 13th for both of us without any message change....
Do you think it is because of some security check is done or because we called VSC...

I have the same FD done date as you and the last LUD date as also same and I have not seen any LUD after 05/02/05 (FP received)

I really do not know what to say.. I guess no one knows for 100% as to when the name check is done. There is some posting on different theories and not sure as to what to believe. I did not see any LUD on my case after FP received message. Your case might have finished the name check as you had an LUD later

Would you please inform that under which code# you have done your FP. I did mine
under code3. I am just trying to find out the pattern(based on Code) of REF on 485
after FP is done.

I would withhold my congratulatory messages, the persong just joined today and posted his/her whole case status. I wonder if it is a legitamate post.

I GOT 4 MAILS TODAY FROM USCIS FOR MY WIFE (ONLY) 485 APPLICATION, WHAT DOES IT MEAN ?

Please note there are no mails on my case (primary applicant) and also my 140 is still pending for approval.

The case status changed appropriately at every stage. Got 2 e-mails for each update everytime. My LUDs were pretty much up-to-date with the status.
