LUD on 485 changed today again with the message
I got the email something like this

On April 9, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made
...

Details are in the signature ...
 
Cuk536.. whats ur PD on your I140 approval date??..

if its 1998 ..

my guess is this week is ur week.. 5+3+6 = 14.. This Thursday = 14th..

LUD change

I and my spouse had gone for fingerprinting on 3/31/2005. I got one LUD change the same day. After that, I have no changes. Should I be worrying?

Please advise

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can give me an opinion/suggestion....

We did our FPs on 3/17 and LUD changed as follows. My wife's messgae changed to FP received but not mine..... It has been almost 4 weeks since FP.

On the forum, it appears that people have had issued and lost months if the FP doesnt go thru (for lack of better words!). Should I be concerned and if so, what can one do?

You are not alone.

My FP was done in 12/04 and online mssage for spouse's I-485 was never changed. There was only a LUD change about 1 week after FP.

I called VSC and the service representative is NOT helpful.

I guess we/you can do nothing in this situation.

Thanks! :) Let's see. Visa numbers are current for my region and I really don't know my PD - 1998 or 1999, definitely before 2000.

I am following this forum since last few months. Never got a chance to become a memeber. Today finally I got my long awaited mail. Here are the details. I am so greatful to you all for all the information you guys providec. I want to tip my hat to JK for the great work he is doing.

Finger printing notice date - 02/24/05 for April 1st 2005 Newark, NJ
I-140 - Approved on 03/03/05
Finger Printing completed on April 1st 2005 at Newark, NJ
Lud 1st on April 1st 2005
Lud 2nd on April 4th 2005
no more LUD
I-485 Approval email today 04/11/05 (seems like VSC is working on week ends) look at the contents of the mail

hi gurus

thanx a lot for ur help in giving valuble suggestions . thanx for ur replies for the 6 year extension periods . my frnd will contact his attorney ASAP.

and if u don't mind plzzzzzz can u help me in this situation
at present i have my EAD AND I-140 APPROVED. my situation is i got admission for MS . and my visa h-4 expires on july 14 2005 but i still have 1 1/2 year for completion of my six yers term.
will there be any problem to i-485 if i study under EAD.
