2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

EB3, Visa availabilty for February 2005

The visa availability for EB3 category did not move from Jan 2002.

No hopes of movement in the immediate future !!
 
I-140 NIW approved

This forum is great, thanks to all contributors and good luck to you all! I learned a lot just by reading...
Encouraging news: My I-140 NIW got approved today :D (email msg), ND was only July 30, 2004! No LUD changes before, I-140 EB1-EA filed in parallel was touched today (LUD change) but not decided.
Can somebody please update the sheet?
I-485 filed concurrently with NIW no change, FP not done so far. Anyone have an idea when to expect FP/approval? I-140 and I-485 really seem to be treated separately again.

The only change was Jan 4th when I changed my address. before that it was around FP time

My EAD was approved today. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the actual card? Do they send it to me or to the lawyer?

You will get the card within 7 business days. It will be sent to the beneficiary's address.

Priority Date 5/2001 (Becuase, I had my labor approval copy from previous employer)
I-140 Filed 6/3/2003 I-140 Approved 6/30/2004
I-485 Receipt Date 4/27/2004, Notification Date:05/14/2004
Got EAD and AP in July/2004.

Waiting for FP notice.

Also, Javangulas 485 is approved.

hang in there...samething happened to my wife's EAD application and she was approved today.

u should get EAD at ur home address approx 7-10 days after its approval.
 
485 approved

I got my approval emails today.
No LUD before approval, only one on 12/20 for address change.

BTW at what time you recieved emails? Any LUD today before approval?
Just curious because there have been LUDs yeasterday and today on my I-485
